Packing Guidelines
Choose an appropriately sized box or bag to ship your item in. Consider reusing a cardboard box or shipping bag and add in extra paper or packing materials to cushion any delicate parts. Remember, it is your responsibility to ensure your items arrive in the correct condition. The right shipping box/bag certainly helps!
Use adequate tape when shipping. Avoid relying simply on the peel and stick strip of some mailers. Consider taping over your shipping label (with clear tape!) to keep the integrity of the label.
Bags, packing peanuts, kraft paper, and other packing materials are great to pad a box or mailer that may be too large for your item as well as provide additional protection for your gear.
Your shipment is your responsibility until it arrives at our facility. One-Off Moto is not responsible for lost or delayed packages you send to us. Please note your tracking number on your label and track your package with the shipping carrier. One-Off Moto does not insure packages sent to us.
